PLEASE NOTE:

1. We are unable to accept payment by debit or credit cards, but you are able to settle your bill using a cheque, or cash, whichever is preferable for you.

2. We do not charge a cancellation fee provided we get 5 days notification prior to arrival date. For less than 5 days notice FULL PAYMENT will be charged.

3. Weekends are very much sought after in Bath, most hotels and guest houses, including ourselves, prefer not to take bookings for a single Saturday night, because it is difficult to let a room for a Friday night only. Most visitors are looking for a 2/3 night weekend break. If you do require a Saturnday night only, please feel free to get in touch anyway - just in case.
